The course focuses on understanding the basic principles of graphic design, particularly editorial design, through the use of Adobe InDesign software. The ability to read and compose spaces, knowledge and skill in using typography, and sensitivity in image manipulation are among the most important skills a graphic designer must develop, and will form the backbone of the course.
Gianpiero Spinelli – Art director and graphic designer, he earned a master’s degree in visual communication from the IUAV University of Venice. After moving to Milan, he immediately began working as a designer, initially collaborating with studios, agencies, and visual communication professionals, and then as an independent designer. With over ten years of experience, he has curated the visual identity of companies and cultural institutions, and collaborated on various projects in the Italian publishing sector.
