Brutalism bodice by Celeste Zacchi, pattern-making project in the Fashion Design course at Raffles Milano
Brutalism

Brutalism

For her final project in the Modeling 2 course, Celeste Zacchi chose to create two bodices inspired by Brutalism. This architectural style emphasizes the functionality and structural integrity of buildings, challenging conventional norms and embracing raw materials, turning them into monumental expressions of imposing and bold geometric shapes. All this has been interpreted in terms of modeling and tailoring.
