Elena worked for years in Milan, Paris, London and Geneva for international branding and communication consultancies (Publicis Group, WPP, Young & Rubicam brands, Landor, WundermanThompson) and as STUDIO SACCO in Milan supporting companies with her team creating, positioning and managing their brands to drive business results, often involved as temporary director. Signing international branding projects for companies such as P&G, Marazzi Group, Azimut Yachts, Jacuzzi, Barilla, Giorgio Armani, Natuzzi, Atkinsons, Wella, Lancome among others, in 2009 Elena founded MASTERBRAND, the International Master in Brand Strategy and Management, which to date has created more than 600 professionals operating in the world of Branding and Strategic Marketing located in 5 continents. Elena has held various positions in major companies in recent years, leading them to the growth and development of their brands, such as: Brand and Marketing Director at BELLAVITA-the first WELLNESS VILLAGE in ITALY – ; Communications Director of BOSCOLO HOTELS – Marriott membership; Brand and Marketing Director at Milanosport – COMUNE DI MILANO; Director of the Communication School (bachelor, masters, short) at IED EUROPEAN INSTITUTE OF DESIGN gaining for 3 years under her direction the title of BEST ITALIAN CREATIVE SCHOOL; Global ALUMNI Director of the European Institute of Design. Since 2023 Elena joined RAFFLES International Design Institute as Director of Strategy, Business and Relations and she is currently also President of FONDAZIONE DUDE; Juror in various contests and awards such as UNA, ITALIA CHE COMUNICA, UNICOM, RE.Start and Board advisor for Dude Agency, Opificio137 and GOLF CLUB VILLACAROLINA, Elena has been lecturer at Politecnico di Milano, ISTUD and IED. Elena is the author of BRANDREVOLUTION and THE INSIGHT- Lupetti Editions.

Master's degree students will be able to manage the brand aspects from the creation to the development and management;

sviluppare e guidare l’espressione del marchio attraverso l’identità, la comunicazione e le attivazioni; operare nel mercato del branding con una visione strategica innovativa, per innovare i modelli di branding secondo le metodologie del design in tutto il mondo.
Le lezioni si svolgeranno a Milano, dove i professionisti del branding di tutto il mondo si uniranno agli studenti per lavorare insieme; durante l’anno la classe avrà la possibilità di ampliare la conoscenza del branding riunendosi nel campus di Singapore con società di consulenza asiatiche.
Il Master fornirà allo studente le competenze necessarie per avviare la loro carriera nei ruoli di: Brand director, Brand manager, Brand strategist, Brand designer, Designer manager, Strategic designer.
