For the final project of the Pattern Making 2 course, Celeste Zacchi chose to create two bodices inspired by Brutalism. This style in architecture emphasizes the functionality and structural integrity of buildings, challenging conventional norms and embracing raw materials, turning them into monumental expressions of bold and imposing geometric forms. All of this was interpreted in terms of pattern making and tailoring.
