Marco Baldini – After earning a degree in Economics in Rome, he began his career at Sky in 2017, with a focus on digital in Sports verticals and celebrity formats. After a stint in a media agency, he returned to the publishing world as Digital Data Analyst for Alfemminile, working on digital strategy for Italy, Spain, and South America and helping to set up the Data department in the Paris headquarters. He then served as Digital Marketing Analyst at Condé Nast, focusing on digital product development.

In May 2022, he became Head of Data and Digital Strategy at Hearst, with responsibility for managing digital audiences, improving SEO, developing digital products, and improving sales potential through the use of data.
