Teacher

Luca Lisci has been working for over thirty years at the intersection of design, communication, and digital technologies. Over time, he has developed a perspective that combines systemic thinking and concrete design, useful for those who conceive products, brands, and content
for increasingly hybrid markets. He led the Business & Service Design Unit at Spindox as Chief Experience Officer,
establishing service design and customer experience processes for brands such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Moncler, work
that also earned him a selection for the 2021 Compasso d’Oro Award. Subsequently, at BAX Group AG, he headed the Art Direction area,
coordinating product and brand innovation for international retail tech. Previously, as a principal consultant at Newton SpA, he led change management programs for financial and media groups, simultaneously founding the training platform Next Present, of which he served as CEO. He is
Editorial Director of IDA Magazine, an AI-native publishing platform, and a registered journalist. He supports companies as a Mentor and Partner
Trainer for ATOMA. He sits on the Executive Board of the Decision Science Alliance, where he oversees applied research initiatives and workshops on
the ethical adoption of AI. His approach combines methodological rigor with a focus on cultural context: a balance that speaks directly to designers,
art directors, and communications professionals interested in transforming technological insights into meaningful experiences for people.
