This course provides a comprehensive overview of key marketing concepts, starting with a review of the basics of the marketing mix. Through market analysis and segmentation and targeting strategies, techniques such as co-marketing, influencer marketing and the use of user-generated content are explored. Finally, the new frontiers of marketing are addressed, with a focus on sustainability, green marketing, big data and artificial intelligence applied to marketing.

Danilo PanellaStarts in strategic marketing at Banque PSA Finance SA, continues in Condé Nast as Digital Marketing Manager for over six years. After a brief stint in the German start-up Webtrekk, he arrives in July 2017 in Hearst Digital SA in Chiasso with responsibility for all paid amplification activities. From October 2019 he rejoins Hearst Magazines Italy in Milan in the marketing department with responsibility for the Data and Research functions. From October 2021 he is the Marketing Director of Hearst Magazines Italia. He is a Jazz music enthusiast and president of Associazione Anatroccolo Onlus.
