The course aims to provide theoretical and practical knowledge for those who want to work in the field of event organisation for fashion and lifestyle brands. Planning an event means working closely with the client to ensure that the planning reflects their vision and achieves their goals. Clients who need an event manager want all aspects of the event - whatever it may be - to be planned and managed from briefing to completion and post-event activity. Lessons will be both theoretical and practical. The aim of the course is to create a highly qualified professional figure who is able to deal with the event in all its complexity and development, thanks also to the application of basic elements of Project Management.
Luca Crescenzi- Born in 1969, after graduating from the Liceo Classico in Alessandria, he moved to Milan in 1988 to attend the Advanced Graphics course at the IED. After graduating, he worked for a few years in an Internal Communication agency within DMB&B, which then had Gavino Sanna as its creative director. Since 1996, he has been working as a freelancer, focusing on graphic design and art direction. He collaborates with numerous brands, from Nokia to Hewlett Packard, from Philips to Sony. In 2005 he started a project between graphics and art, entitled LIFELINES. He exhibits in several solo exhibitions in Milan, Alessandria and Florence. Parallel to this activity, Luca has always been active in Milan's night-life, organising parties and collaborating with several prestigious clubs, including Plastic for almost eight years. Since 2012, rich in a varied and eclectic professional background, his contribution in the field of public relations and event organisation has been increasingly requested. Many are the brands he collaborates with - Vivienne Westwood, Calvin Klein, Heineken International - assisted by future partner Michele Modica. With him, he founded Crescenzi & Co. in 2014, a communication, public relations, event organisation and production agency. Thanks to the network of collaborations and the progressive internalisation of all activities, the agency provides clients with an offer ranging from a single service to the complete organisation of the event or a broader brand communication strategy.
